Sanderband BP®

Sanderband® is a single-use load-securing strap for strapping and securing medium to heavy packages. It consists of multi-twisted, high-strength polyester yarns that are bonded together lengthwise to form a versatile strap.
The Sanderband® system comprises
- various Sanderband® types, "steel-strength" textile straps made of polyester
- Metal buckles for secure fastening
- handy and robust strap tensioning devices
- as well as practical accessories, such as portable or mobile tape dispensers or
push-through aid

Sanderband® - baler belt (BP):

- Sanderband® BP are cold-glued thread structure belts made from polyester threads
- Suitable for lighter strapping applications in automatic chamber balers

- The more cost-effective hotmelt strap types are often used here
- Tensile strengths from 245 to 460 daN depending on type, strap widths from 7.3 to
13.8 mm
- Shock-absorbing (elastic), high dynamic shock reserve (elongation at break of approx.
13 %)
- Cost-effective disposable alternative to wires or cords
- No risk of injury when opening, easy disposal
- Closure in the machines is achieved almost exclusively by knotting
